Thanksgiving Weekend

Wow, what a lot to be thankful for. We live in such a blessed Nation, we enjoy so many conveniences, we have a loving family, we have our health, we have wonderful kids, a roof over our heads, and most importantly: the knowledge that God and Jesus Christ are real, loving and willing to support us in our daily lives! The list of things to give thanks for truly does go on and on.
We had Sam's Mom and Hubby here for Thanksgiving. The food and company were excellent and thanks to Mary, we have a beautiful new set of China too! Thank you!

The weather was so nice Thursday, so we decided to head out for a walk while the food cooked.
Later in the weekend, we took the kids ice skating, I think this was every body's favorite! Audrey and Reese really caught on and Elle would hold her feet straight and let us skate her around the ice. She was getting the Royal treatment and it suited her quite nicely!

Later it was down to my sister Laura's for a day with the the horses. Thanks to Laura for always being willing to take us riding at a moments notice! She cooked a great dinner too. It was pretty chilly (though you wouldn't know it by the lack of coats in these pictures!) but we still had fun!

Here's Mary and Tony with cousin Lindsey's bunny Dot. I think Dot might get the Royal treatment too...
Hope everyone had a great holiday and survived the Black Friday shopping!!
