The Nutcracker

The girls both did amazingly well. It was so fun to see them up on stage, Elle was so sweet and excited and Audrey continues to grow and improve in her dancing. She had quite the stage presence if I do say so myself! She said how much she loves performing. I'm thinking her love of dancing has just begun. Elle was so cute and did just perfectly. She did however get lost for a brief moment at the end of the show, which gave us all a little scare. I had a feeling she might try to run off after the curtain closed, and she did.. We had to make the big announcement of "If you see this little brown haired girl in a tutu..." It was pretty terrible and I nearly had a heart attack but in the end, we found her. Of course. Thankfully.

We straightened Elle's hair and I just thought I'd post this picture because we had no idea how incredibly long it was! She's always ready with a pose for the camera, I really don't know where she comes up with this stuff but is sure is cute!

How lovely they both are. As a one-time ballet-student-performer it is clear that Audrey has fabulous poise and technique. She makes the perfect ballernia. Cute l-o-n-g hair.
